For our corporate clients we offer a range of solutions to meet business needs including one to one coaching and bespoke development programmes. For individuals we offer Initial Advice and Guidance through NextStep Northamptonshire which is free of charge to people who have less than 5 'O' levels (or equivalent).

We use the Thomas International Psychometric and Ability Testing systems to help individuals look at career development and personal growth. In addition, our CV advice and interview preparation skills sessions are focussed on the individual, not the mundane.

We have achieved and continue to meet the Matrix Standard issued by the Guidance Accreditation Board for information, advice and guidance and work with partners such as Business Link Northamptonshire to help companies find the best solution to their development needs.
